Omar Reyes, a senior at Oceanside El Camino High in California, won the Division 1 boys title at the CIF San Diego Section Championships by covering the 3-mile layout in 14:47.4 at Balboa Park's Morley Field. Reyes, who placed second last season in 15:13.4, helped El Camino finish fifth with 184 points.
